Warm Up: To do light exercises to activate your body so that its works better and sufficiently.
ppl by word "Warm Up" you can understand that it means to rise the temperature of your body and make your body useful for every hard condition.
Warm Up helps to prevent muscle strain and injury when playing for 90 Minutes in football full match.
Warm Up not only necessary for soccer but also for every game. So mind it that warm Up before playing game.
